• Early Career: Began in HR and organizational development, building strong foundations in people, structure, and performance.

• Scaleup Experience: Contributed to the growth of four international tech and media scaleups, supporting their expansion from the Nordics to global markets.

• Founder & Fractional COO: Since 2023, Mina has worked as a solopreneur and fractional COO, supporting startups and venture studios such as FemTech Studios, DAYA Ventures, and Nordic Tech Week.

Mina's philosophy is shaped by her own experience navigating major life transitions. She believes that lasting personal growth and a sense of purpose emerge from within — through alignment of mind, body, and inner awareness. This integration supports regulation of the nervous system and creates the foundation for sustainable wellbeing. As a certified NLP Practitioner and Master, Mina embraces innovative, evidence-informed approaches that work with the subconscious mind, breath, and nervous system — a perspective that closely aligns with VITAE's holistic approach to human performance and vitality.
